Jamaican singer-songwriter Jada Kingdom, also known as “Twinkle,” is making waves in 2025 with her dynamic presence on social media and in the music industry.

In March 2025, Jada released her bold new single “G.A.D” (“Girls Are Drugs”), an energetic fusion of dancehall and pop-punk. Produced by Franc White of Zimi Records and featuring guitar-driven production by Yo Christon, the track blends vibrant sounds with an empowering message. Jada shared that the idea came from hearing guys say “Girls Are Drugs”—and she decided to flip the phrase into an anthem celebrating women.

The track has quickly gained traction, reaching #3 on Apple Music’s Top 25 Kingston Charts and trending in the Top 30 on YouTube in Jamaica. It’s also become one of the most Shazamed songs across the Caribbean.
